       EAGLE SCOUT CANDIDATE
                         Derek Jones
Comes Through In A Big Way With
          Care Packages For The Troops

Derek Jones from Houston, TX decided to support the troops in his quest to become an Eagle Scout.  Derek organized a care package drive at several Wal-Mart stores and collected enough products to provide 75 flat-rate boxes to the troops.  In addition to providing a whole truck full of care package items, he (with the support of his parents and fellow troop members) collected funds for postage to mail the packages as well.  Operation Lone Star - Texans Supporting Our Troops applauds Derek's efforts in having such a successful drive and supporting the troops in a big way!

   Thanks Derek and Congratulations on
    completing your Eagle Scout Project!
